Conveniently located in Oakland County's Royal Oak, Michigan, Grand Slam Training Center has been Metro Detroit’s premier batting cage and training facility since 1982. Grand Slam features Michigan’s only automated outdoor batting cages, fielding cages and pitching cages - allowing softball players, baseball players, and teams to practice their batting, agility, and defensive skill. Don’t own any baseball/softball equipment? Grand Slam's got you covered offering helmets, bats, batting gloves, and mitts of all sizes, free of charge. Grand Slam's professional staff includes local high school and college coaches and we do offer private lessons. We have facilities for youth through adults. Grand Slam Training Center is located on the northeast corner of Coolidge Highway and 13 Mile Roads in Royal Oak, Michigan. We are one block east of Woodward Avenue the north side of 13 Mile Road.
